Roles and Responsibilities: –

• Intermediate to Advanced level understanding of Polarion ALM platform and its functionalities.
• Hands-on experience or conceptual understanding of Requirements Management, Test Management, and Workflow Configuration in Polarion.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), change management, and traceability concepts.
• Ability to understand customer business processes and configure Polarion solutions accordingly.
• Understanding of reporting, dashboards, and document generation within Polarion.
• Exposure to integration of Polarion with PLM systems such as Teamcenter.
• Basic understanding of scripting, configuration, or customization in Polarion.
• Knowledge of Agile, ASPICE, or Automotive/Industrial engineering processes.
• Exposure to ALM/PLM ecosystem and enterprise application deployment.

 Experience:

• 2 – 3 years.

Preferred Qualifications : – Bachelor’s degree

Note: There will be a mandatory two years of service agreement.
